  • When will you resume normal business hours and occupancy levels?

    We will resume normal business hours (Open Daily from 10-6) as soon as it is safe to do so. To keep clients and employees safe we will continue to follow all CDC, State and local guidelines.  For now, we are open daily 10-5.

  • Is a mask required while shopping?

    Yes.

    A mask is required for the entire duration of your appointment. My staff will also wear their masks - no exceptions.

  • Are children and/or dogs allowed in the store?

    Under normal circumstances we LOVE seeing your kids and pups, for now- please leave your extended family at home.   

  • Can I use my gift card for an online purchase?

    Yes, with a work around.

    At this time, gift cards are not accepted as payment for an online purchase, however if you screen shot an image of your cart and text the image to 415 419 1339 (store's mobile phone) as well as an image of the back of your gift card, we will happily process the payment in store. As long as we can see items in your cart and access the gift card number we can redeem your gift card.

  • What is your holiday return policy?

    HOLIDAY Ecom Return Policy:

    We hope you are delighted with your purchase, if it’s not exactly as you had hoped, we will gladly accept your return for store credit with 7 days of purchase.

    Returns must be accompanied by receipt and the MSTM hangtags attached. If mailing back a return, shipping costs will not be credited. The return must be post marked within 7 days of receiving the item.   NO HOLIDAY RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER JAN 15th 2021.

    Please note, we cannot accept returned merchandise showing any discernible signs of wear or tear. Unauthorized Returns, including damaged or worn merchandise will be sent back.

    HOLIDAY In Store Return Policy (items purchased in store):

    Refunds will be made available on original form of payment for items purchased in the store within 7 days of original purchase date with receipts and tags attached. 

    Items Purchased as Gift (withe Gift Receipt) will be accepted through Jan 15, 2021.

    If you've received a damaged or incorrect item – please text a photo to 415 419 1339 (immediately upon receiving your order) or send by email [email protected] so we can rectify the situation.

  • Can I shop by appointment?

    Yes, absolutely.

    We are open by appointment 7 days a week through Dec.

    Currently, we are not open to the public- by appt only.

    You may shop by yourself or with friends (up to 4 people per appt).  We will happily tailor an appointment to your needs. Let us know your preferences and we will do our best to make it happen.

  • What is BOPIS?

    BOPIS is a acronym you will see often on ecom sites, it stands for Buy Online Pick Up In Store.

    With the increase of online shopping, many customers are taking advantage of in store pick up.

    Note: We do not offer same day pick up unless pre-arranged with one of our employees by text.

    All online ecom purchases using the shipping method "PICK UP IN STORE" will be available the following business day.

    If you need to pick up same day, please text 415 419 1339.

    If you see an item marked BOPIS (Buy Online Pick Up In Store) it is likely large, incredibly fragile or odd sized.

    At this time, we are opting not to ship fragile or extremely heavy items.
