SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

We ship via UPS GROUND within the 48 Contiguous United States - sorry at this time we do not ship to AK or HI. You may also BOPIS (Buy Online Pick Up In-Store).

Note to Locals: Please choose “In-Store Pick Up” when placing your online order. ALL IN STORE PICK UPs are subject to our in-store return policy. 

In-Store Return Policy 

You have 7 days from the original purchase date to exchange or return for store credit in the form of a gift card. 

Returns must be accompanied by the receipt and the MSTM hangtags attached.

Ecom Return Policy for Shipped Purchases:

If what you bought is not exactly as you had hoped, we will gladly accept your regular priced return for a refund within 7 days of purchase- date stamp of return must be within 7 days of receipt. If you purchased on promo and received a discount you will be issued a gift card- not a refund.  Only regular priced purchases qualify for a refund.

If you've received a damaged or incorrect item – please text a photo to 415 419 1339 (immediately upon receiving your order) or send it by email [email protected] so we can rectify the situation.

Please note, we cannot accept returned merchandise showing any discernible signs of wear or tear. Unauthorized Returns, including damaged or worn merchandise, will be sent back.

Shipping costs will not be credited.

Returns will be put back on a gift card within 7 days of the original purchase date. The return must be accompanied by the original receipt and original tags must be attached.
